Hospitalist Certified Representative Program (HCRP)®The Hospitalist Certified Representative Program HRCP is a certification that addresses the business need for pharmaceutical sales representative who have broad-based selling skills to apply their experience to the rapidly expanding market of Hospital medicine.
HRCP Certification is achieved through successful completion of a competency-based learning program centered on established learning principles and instructional strategies. The program delivers a foundation of knowledge in Hospital medicine which sellers can readily apply to engage effectively with Hospitalists.
A blended learning approach tailored to address specific learning objectives includes a variety of content types such as presentation of concepts and facts, scenario-based situations, practice of procedures, self checks.
HCRP℠ enables competencies for pharmaceutical sales representatives. Sales representatives will be able to speak knowledgeably about Hospital Medicine, recognize major concerns of Hospitalists, and apply their specific product knowledge to the requirements of a Hospitalist. These competencies enable sales representatives to engage in more robust discussions, establish credibility with their Hospitalist doctors and provide more opportunities for sales representatives to make things happen.
The three-phased curriculum includes 4 foundation topics, facilitated workshops and infield application of the learning followed by group feedback and discussion of best-practice and lessons learned. |
